How to Climb to Diamond (and Beyond) in League of Legends
Focus on 2-3 Champions
Autofill happens. Have a main and a secondary. Know every matchup, every combo, every powerspike. When you think about mechanics, you're thinking about the game wrong.
Mechanics are learned. Strategy is learned. Decision-making is cultivated through repetition. Play 200 games on the same champion.
Macro > Micro
Your mechanics are fine. Your macro is not. Stop fighting in random teamfights. Group when you have advantage. Split when they can't defend.
Diamond players know their win condition. You need to know if you win 4v5, 5v3, or late. Play around that.
Abuse Your Advantage
If you're ahead, scale. If you're behind, delay. If even, create picks. Every 30 seconds, ask: 'What's my win condition right now?'
A 2k gold lead doesn't win by itself. You have to funnel resources and convert gold into objectives.
Know When to Dodge
Bad draft? Bad mental? Dodge. A dodge costs 3 LP. A loss costs 15 LP and mental. The math is simple. Your time is valuable.
Dodging when you should isn't cowardice; it's mathematics.
Diamond Is a Mindset
Mechanics get you to Gold. Strategy gets you to Platinum. Decision-making gets you to Diamond. Mechanics past Diamond are 5% of your rank.
If you're hardstuck, it's not mechanics. You're making bad macro decisions.
